Welcome to Craftsman @ Cherrydale, a classic, 1905 Bungalow in the heart of Greenville's Sans Souci neighborhood.
Our home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a huge fenced in backyard for your dogs (welcome with a fee), and all the comforts of home.
We are excellently located as you can:
-Easily walk or bike to the Swamp Rabbit Trail
-Drive to Downtown Greenville in 10 minutes!
-Drive to Furman University in 5 minutes!
Families are welcome to enjoy our high chair, pack 'n play, and playground!
Craftsman @ Cherrydale is truly your next home away from home.
Guests will park in our gravel driveway, or on the street if needed. A large covered front porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing welcome you to the home, which is accessible through a code lock.
Once inside, guests will enjoy our large living room, complete with sofa, love seat, armchairs, and a Smart TV with streaming access (guests login to their own accounts, there is no cable).
The living room leads into a large, U-shaped kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter-top space. Our kitchen is furnished with all the dishes, pots, pans, and other things you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The kitchen leads to our formal dining room, which has a large table with 2 benches and 2 additional chairs. There are also leaves in the closet that can be added for additional space.
The downstairs bedroom is quite spacious, featuring two full beds with a night stand and reading lamps. The full downstairs bathroom is located off of the laundry room, and has a single vanity, toilet, and standard shower/tub combination. Bonus: Our home has been updated with a tankless water heater-- making sure everyone can get a nice hot shower!
The three additional bedrooms are upstairs. Please note, these stairs are carpeted, and very steep. A baby gate is provided for you to install if needed. The landing is also very small.
The bedroom to the left has a King bed, end tables, reading lamps, and a Smart TV. The bedroom to the right also has a King bed and end tables, as well as an antique dresser for your use.
Attached to this room is the "fourth bedroom" which is a large converted closet and is perfect for a child. It contains a twin bed, side table, and lamp.
There is one shared bathroom on this floor with a glass shower, double vanity, and toilet.
A full-length mirror is present in the Left room to allow for an additional space to get ready.
Finally, our home sits on a half acre, and much of that is in our spacious, fully fenced in backyard! We have a dog bed waiting for you in our laundry room, as well as other amenities for your furry friends, who are welcome with a one-time fee. Additionally, you'll find a fire pit with chairs surrounding it, and a playground for your children.

We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always just a message away if needed.
We are located in an older mill neighborhood. There is a church across the street, and plenty of sidewalks, which is a bit unusual for Greenville. These sidewalks easily lead to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, where the whole family can enjoy biking, walking, skateboarding, or rollerblading.
Greenville's public transportation still isn't quite up to snuff, so we recommend that you have access to a car, or rent one. Uber or Lyft can be a great option for a responsible night out on the town.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring camera.
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
